      the blanket is great but customer service lacking

      I love the blanket. It's super soft and comfortable. However, I was originally sent the incorrect size (a smaller blanket). I reached out to customer service and waited for an hour for help. Then the customer service line closed (I felt ghosted waiting an hour during their business hours for nothing) and they reached out to me in the morning saying "ok sorry! Send it back and we will send you the right blanket!" Essentially, they treated the situation as if I was the person who ordered the wrong size and messed up. They wouldn't even expedite shipping. They said the best we can do to help is give you 15 dollars off a future purchase. After more back and forth, they finally applied that discount to my current order. This wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for the fact my boyfriend and I were moving into a new house and had to go 3 days without a blanket that fit our new bed. I would have been a happier customer if they were more forthright about THEIR mistake and were more generous with remedying the issue. I didn't pay 300 dollars to get a smaller blanket than what I ordered and then deal with subpar customer service. Overall, great blanket, but tragic customer service after sending me the wrong size.

        Love this comforter

        This comforter is very good at regulating temperature - doesn't get too hot. Down stays in place really well.

            Not all goose down and not white goose fill

            I can see a dark piece of down or feather thru the cover and white goose is supposed to hav white down. Also description tries to make customers believe it’s entirely down, but the tag says mi I I. 85 percent goose down and they fail to tell you this until after purchase. Also the fabric on the queen size is much much softer than on king. I even bought replacement king to make sure and it too wasn’t as soft as my queen
